Calling all Pole Virgins! Familiarize yourself with the pole by learning introductory spins and floor movements that will leave you feeling confident and sexy! Size doesn’t matter and don’t worry about feeling shy as our personal, friendly classes make you feel right at home. This 60 minute, beginner level class features a warm-up, a mini pole dance routine and a cool down period. You'll advance to our next class - Pole Kittens, as soon as you're able to perform all introductory spins and climb the pole with ease. There is absolutely no rush! Pole Virgins will be one of your most important classes as it will help you set the foundation towards becoming a great pole dancer.
Now that you've mastered Pole Virgins, its time to start feeding your appetite for pole dance with Pole Kittens! This class will help you build your endurance, achieve fluidity with your transitions, perfect your inverts and spin combinations and introduce you to handstands. You will learn various spins, floor movements, and transitions that will strengthen your body and continue to build your foundation for a jump to Pole Cheetahs and beyond!
You’ve perfected spins and inverts in Pole Kitten. You're out of your shell and it’s now time to add to your list of tricks. In this class you'll focus on advanced spin combinations, aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, split grip variations, handsprings, and an extensive expansion of your pole trick repertoire.
At this point, your body has transformed before your eyes. You’re feeling strong and sexier than ever! You’ve mastered the spins and are inverting with ease so its time to step it up a notch as you put most of your energy into strength building and flexibility. In Pole Jaguar, you will focus on more complicated tricks and transitions and your overall ability to flow throughout a whole routine. Learn advanced tricks such as the Iron X, and perfect your handsprings with various grips while you're introduced to dead lifts and various power spin combinations.
Fluidity, Strength, Stamina, Endurance is our main goal in Pole Tigress. Work on daring tricks like the Russian Split, Phoenix and more!
Need extra help with your spins? The Pivot Turn? Floating Dip - or even some of our more advanced spin combinations? In this slower-paced class, you are given the chance to work on what YOU need to work on. The first half of this class is focused on answers to questions about anything we have covered in class that you are having problems with. The second half of this class is focused on putting all of the spins we’ve covered into a sexy routine. All levels are welcome. (Cheetah, Jaguar and Tigress - Spinning pole is optional.)
Learn how to embrace and move your body like never before. This class will teach you sexy pole and floor work, bumps n’ grinds, wines and turns while moving to slow and sexy tunes. If your looking to bring your sexy back - this is definitely the class for you! All levels are welcome.
In this one hour class, you will be taught how to seductively move your body on the chair and pole like the pros! Learn a 3-minute routine which includes chair, pole and floor movements that will have you feeling sexy while toning your legs, butt and abs!
This class is perfect for enhancing your inverting and climbing. Climbs & Inverts helps you build your endurance and overall core strength. You must be able to climb the pole with ease in order to register for this class. Learn the techniques and form needed to achieve optimal results while climbing and/or inverting. If you are having a hard time in any of these areas during your pole session(s), this is the perfect opportunity for extra practice. All pole divas are welcome. There are so many different ways to climb the pole, this class will challenge ANY LEVEL!
Everyone hates it but we’ve gotta do it! This class is absolutely paramount. Strongly recommended for all clients that are Pole Kitten and above. Take your pole dancing to the next level - swiftly - with our Pole Conditioning class. You will leave feeling both challenged and accomplished as you see your strength begin to sky rocket!
This is an advanced class that specifically focuses on mastering and perfecting various power spins on Static and Spin pole. Handsprings can be challenging and frustrating, which is why the latter part of this class will specifically focus on giving you the right technique, along with sufficient practice for you to nail your handspring, aerial handspring or dead lifts!
This class allows for extra practice time for you to work on what ever you’d like. There is no instructor in during this class.
Booty aerobics is a 50-minute session of music thumping, pure adrenaline pumping, booty shaking, abdomen and thigh toning dance. Time is spent on mimicking the instructor who will be performing intense but extremely fun and sexy dance moves. This class will definitely increase your heart rate and whip your body into shape!
In this class, you will focus on stretching to warm up the joints, muscles and spine and then on lengthening and toning your muscles. Awesome class to learn the splits, improve your overall flexibility, strengthen your core, or even relieve tension and stress. A must-have in order to take your pole tricks to the next level!
This class is all about you…You know your body. You know your limit. Push yourself to the edge, and not over the cliff. Rockin’ Body includes: Tabata interval training which is the single most effective type of high intensity interval training, it’s also the most intense by far, and surprisingly it’s the shortest in duration, it only last for four minutes, but those four minutes produce remarkable effects. (Emphasis on abdominal work in this class). You will then enjoy a relaxing cool down limited to stretches that will help reduce muscle fatigue consequently helping to limit muscle soreness post workout.
There is so much more to pole dancing than pole tricks alone! In this class you will learn how to conquer the floor with amazing floor rolls, body rolls, hair tosses and more. Towards the end of class, all the moves will be put in a routine and you too will learn to seductively slither around the floor, releasing your inner Vixen! All levels are welcome for this class.
