POLE FITNESS CLASSES

 

Pole Virgins (60 Mins)

Calling all Pole Virgins! Familiarize yourself with the pole by learning introductory spins and floor movements that will leave you feeling confident and sexy! Size doesn’t matter and don’t worry about feeling shy as our personal, friendly classes make you feel right at home. This 60 minute, beginner level class features a warm-up, a mini pole dance routine and a cool down period. You'll advance to our next class - Pole Kittens, as soon as you're able to perform all introductory spins and climb the pole with ease. There is absolutely no rush! Pole Virgins will be one of your most important classes as it will help you set the foundation towards becoming a great pole dancer.

  • Level: 1 (Beginner)
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Pole Kitten (60 Mins)

Now that you've mastered Pole Virgins, its time to start feeding your appetite for pole dance with Pole Kittens! This class will help you build your endurance, achieve fluidity with your transitions, perfect your inverts and spin combinations and introduce you to handstands. You will learn various spins, floor movements, and transitions that will strengthen your body and continue to build your foundation for a jump to Pole Cheetahs and beyond!

  • Level: 2
  • Prerequisite: Must have taken a minimum of 10 Pole Virgin classes. Must be proficient in all Pole Virgin spins, and transitions. Must be able to climb the pole 4 times within 30 seconds. Verbal permission from instructor is required before sign up.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Pole Cheetah (60 Mins)

You’ve perfected spins and inverts in Pole Kitten. You're out of your shell and it’s now time to add to your list of tricks. In this class you'll focus on advanced spin combinations, aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, split grip variations, handsprings, and an extensive expansion of your pole trick repertoire.

  • Level: 3
  • Prerequisite: Must be proficient in all Level 2 Pole Kitten spins, combinations and transitions. Must be able to invert V and hold it for 10 seconds. Verbal permission from instructor is required before sign up.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Pole Jaguar (60 Mins)

At this point, your body has transformed before your eyes. You’re feeling strong and sexier than ever! You’ve mastered the spins and are inverting with ease so its time to step it up a notch as you put most of your energy into strength building and flexibility. In Pole Jaguar, you will focus on more complicated tricks and transitions and your overall ability to flow throughout a whole routine. Learn advanced tricks such as the Iron X, and perfect your handsprings with various grips while you're introduced to dead lifts and various power spin combinations.

  • Level: 4
  • Prerequisite: Must be proficient in all level 3 Pole Cheetah spins, combinations and transitions. Must be able to handspring. Verbal permission from instructor is required before sign up.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Pole Tigress (60 Mins)

Fluidity, Strength, Stamina, Endurance is our main goal in Pole Tigress. Work on daring tricks like the Russian Split, Phoenix and more!

  • Level: 5
  • Prerequisite: Must be able to complete an aerial dead lift. Verbal permission from instructor is required before sign up.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Simply Spins (60 Mins)

Need extra help with your spins? The Pivot Turn? Floating Dip - or even some of our more advanced spin combinations? In this slower-paced class, you are given the chance to work on what YOU need to work on. The first half of this class is focused on answers to questions about anything we have covered in class that you are having problems with. The second half of this class is focused on putting all of the spins we’ve covered into a sexy routine. All levels are welcome. (Cheetah, Jaguar and Tigress - Spinning pole is optional.)

  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Sultry Vixen (60 Mins)

Learn how to embrace and move your body like never before. This class will teach you sexy pole and floor work, bumps n’ grinds, wines and turns while moving to slow and sexy tunes. If your looking to bring your sexy back - this is definitely the class for you! All levels are welcome.

  • Level: All levels.
  • Prerequisite: Must have taken at least 2 Pole Virgins classes.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Sexy Chair Fitness & Pole (60 Mins)

In this one hour class, you will be taught how to seductively move your body on the chair and pole like the pros! Learn a 3-minute routine which includes chair, pole and floor movements that will have you feeling sexy while toning your legs, butt and abs!

  • Level: All levels.
  • Prerequisite:
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Climbs & Inverts (60 Mins)

This class is perfect for enhancing your inverting and climbing. Climbs & Inverts helps you build your endurance and overall core strength. You must be able to climb the pole with ease in order to register for this class. Learn the techniques and form needed to achieve optimal results while climbing and/or inverting. If you are having a hard time in any of these areas during your pole session(s), this is the perfect opportunity for extra practice. All pole divas are welcome. There are so many different ways to climb the pole, this class will challenge ANY LEVEL!

  • Level: All levels.
  • Prerequisite: None.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Pole Conditioning (60 Mins)

Everyone hates it but we’ve gotta do it! This class is absolutely paramount. Strongly recommended for all clients that are Pole Kitten and above. Take your pole dancing to the next level - swiftly - with our Pole Conditioning class. You will leave feeling both challenged and accomplished as you see your strength begin to sky rocket!

  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Power spins & Handsprings (60 Mins)

This is an advanced class that specifically focuses on mastering and perfecting various power spins on Static and Spin pole. Handsprings can be challenging and frustrating, which is why the latter part of this class will specifically focus on giving you the right technique, along with sufficient practice for you to nail your handspring, aerial handspring or dead lifts!

  • Level:
  • Prerequisite: Must have completed Pole Kitten or higher.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.


 

Open Pole (60 Mins)

This class allows for extra practice time for you to work on what ever you’d like. There is no instructor in during this class.

NON-POLE FITNESS CLASSES

 

Booty Aerobics (50 Mins)

Booty aerobics is a 50-minute session of music thumping, pure adrenaline pumping, booty shaking, abdomen and thigh toning dance. Time is spent on mimicking the instructor who will be performing intense but extremely fun and sexy dance moves. This class will definitely increase your heart rate and whip your body into shape!

Sexi Flexi (60 Mins)

In this class, you will focus on stretching to warm up the joints, muscles and spine and then on lengthening and toning your muscles. Awesome class to learn the splits, improve your overall flexibility, strengthen your core, or even relieve tension and stress. A must-have in order to take your pole tricks to the next level!

Rockin' Body(50 Mins)

This class is all about you…You know your body. You know your limit. Push yourself to the edge, and not over the cliff. Rockin’ Body includes:  Tabata interval training which is the single most effective type of high intensity interval  training, it’s also the most intense by far, and surprisingly it’s the shortest in duration, it only last for four minutes, but those four minutes produce remarkable effects. (Emphasis on abdominal work in this class). You will then enjoy a relaxing cool down limited to stretches that will help reduce muscle fatigue consequently helping to limit muscle soreness post workout.

Floor Play (50 Mins)

There is so much more to pole dancing than pole tricks alone! In this class you will learn how to conquer the floor with amazing floor rolls, body rolls, hair tosses and more. Towards the end of class, all the moves will be put in a routine and you too will learn to seductively slither around the floor, releasing your inner Vixen! All levels are welcome for this class.

  • Level: All levels.
  • Prerequisite: None.
  • Attire: Comfortable workout gear and sneakers. Knee pads HIGHLY recommended.


 

Ass and Abs (50 Mins)

The name speaks for itself. 50 minutes of booty shaping and ab sculpting exercises that are guaranteed to have you seeing and feeling results in no time!

Splitsville (60 Mins)

Tired of wanting to nail your splits and feeling like you're getting nowhere? Do you already know your splits and want to take them to the next level!? Splitsville is specifically designed to use fundamental stretches and techniques that will help you to achieve your splits or reach your split goals. Execute the stretches you learn at home for even faster results!

  • Level:
  • Prerequisite: Must have completed Pole Cheetah or higher.
  • Attire: Shorts, T-Shirt or Sports bra and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional.

Month-to-Month Packages - Pole, Aerial & Alternative

4 Sessions - $79.99 - 4 classes
This package can be used towards any Exotic Workouts class at any Exotic Workouts Location.Classes must be scheduled/canceled no later than 12 hours in advance. Late cancel/no shows will result in the loss of the class. NO EXCEPTIONS. Classes must be used within 30 days of purchase date.NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS ON PACKAGES.

6 sessions - $110.00 - 6 classes
This package can be used towards any Exotic Workouts class at any Exotic Workouts Location.Classes must be scheduled/canceled NO later than 12 hours in advance. Late cancel/no shows will result in the loss of the class. NO EXCEPTIONS. Classes must be used within 30 days of purchase date. NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS ON PACKAGES.

8 sessions - $140.00 - 8 classes
This package can be used towards any Exotic Workouts class at any Exotic Workouts Location.Classes must be scheduled/canceled NO later than 12 hours in advance. Late cancel/no shows will result in the loss of the class.NO EXCEPTIONS. Classes must be used within 30 days of purchase date. NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS ON PACKAGES.

Monthly Unlimited Package - $189.99/month (no contract)
Come to class every day up to two times a day for one month! Rockin’ Body today, Pole Aerobics and chair dancing tomorrow…the possibilities are endless. This package can be used towards any Exotic Workouts fitness class at either one of our three locations. Classes must be cancelled 12 hours prior to the class start time. Late cancels or no shows will result in your card being charged the full price of class.



Month-to-Month Packages - Alternative Only

4 Sessions - $55.00 - 4 classes
This package can be used towards any Exotic Workouts Alternative class at any Exotic Workouts Location.Classes must be scheduled/canceled no later than 12 hours in advance. Late cancel/no shows will result in the loss of the class. NO EXCEPTIONS. Classes must be used within 30 days of purchase date.NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS ON PACKAGES.




Contractual Packages - 3 month minimum

All contracts have a minimum 3 month commitment. You may not cancel your membership before this time for any reason. As this is a monthly membership your credit card will be charged every month. if you wish to cancel it must be done after the required 3 months and you must give thirty days written notice before your next billing cycle so that you won’t be charged for the following month. Please understand that if you have a payment that is scheduled to come out of your account before your thirty day notice goes into effect then your payment will still be due and taken out of your account. After the three month minimum you will be on a month to month membership.

Platinum Package - $99.99
This package allows you to take 4 pole fitness or chair dancing classes and unlimited alternative fitness classes every month. Your package starts on the date of purchase. You may not use this package towards private sessions, workshops or Specialty classes. Package can be used at any Exotic Workouts location. There is a 12 hour cancellations policy in effect. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you must login to your account and early cancel to avoid a cancellation fee of the full price of that class. Pole class will be $25 and Alternative fitness class will be $15. Your credit card will be billed $99.99 each month for 6 months to renew your 4 pole dance fitness class and unlimited Booty aerobics and Rockin' Body sessions.

Platinum Plus Package - $164.99
Unlimited Package: This package allows you to take Unlimited Pole fitness and Alternative fitness classes every month. Valid at any Exotic Workouts locations. This includes all Pole Dance fitness classes and Alternative classes. Your package starts on the date of purchase. You may not use this package towards private sessions, workshops and or Specialty classes. There is a twelve (12hr) cancellations policy in effect. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you must login to your account and early to avoid the cancellation fee of full price of class. Pole class will be $25 and Alternative fitness class will be $15. Your credit card will be billed $164.99 each month for 6 months to renew your pole dance fitness class and unlimited alternative fitness sessions.
